Coaching

All of our staff are dedicated volunteers with high-level playing or coaching experience and multiple years of investing in youth development. They do this for the love of the game and the belief in what football can do for our kids.

Coaches are the backbone of our program. If you're passionate about football, youth development, and giving back, we want you on our sideline.

• A fully volunteer-led environment where coaches are valued for their passion and commitment
• Training in modern coaching techniques and Heads-Up Football certification
• A strong support system and an experienced leadership team
• Tools like HUDL and film analysis

• Prior coaching or playing experience preferred
• Positive role models with high energy and discipline
• Willing to commit to practice, development, and our mission
