Mission To empower youth through football by eliminating financial barriers and delivering elite training, while helping every player grow into a confident, disciplined, and high-performing individual.

Vision At Jr. Grizzlies Football, our vision is to elevate the standard of youth football in Lincoln by delivering a comprehensive, year-round program that empowers athletes through elite coaching, competitive opportunities, and character development.

We aim to bridge the gap between recreational youth leagues and high school programs, offering athletes from 3rd through 8th grade a structured pathway to success on and off the field. By competing in the Metro Youth Football League, our teams face top-level opponents from across Nebraska and beyond, gaining invaluable experience that prepares them for high school and future athletic careers.
Our long-term vision is to be recognized as Nebraska’s premier youth football program, one that not only wins games but transforms young lives. We will accomplish this by:

• Providing access to position-specific training, 7v7 development, and year-round physical conditioning
• Implementing advanced football concepts earlier in a player’s development journey
• Removing financial barriers through donor and sponsor support so every athlete has a chance to compete
• Creating a coaching pipeline built on safety, integrity, and leadership
• Building a community-first culture that brings parents, alumni, and local businesses together around a common goal: building better athletes and even better people
